DELIVERY OPTIONS
STANDARD DELIVERY: Next Day delivery to all of Kuwait for only 2KD. Available every day of the week and for orders received before 12pm.
FREE DELIVERY: To all of Kuwait for orders 25KD & above .
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Returns/replacements are accepted within 3 days from order delivery date and ONLY if goods and goods packaging are in their original mint condition.
If the reason for returning your order is any mistake on our part we will gladly return/replace your order without charging you for additional delivery charges.
If the reason for returning your order is a change of heart on your part we will gladly return/replace your order but we kindly ask you to cover delivery fees for the second return/replacement delivery trip.
If goods or packaging are used, damaged or not in perfect condition, OR if return date is past 3 days ours from delivery time we politely decline returning your order.
We strongly encourage you to always inspect your order before payment to make sure everything is ok.
